Storing Instructions: If you're digging in right away, the cake can be left out on your counter until the party's over. You can also keep it out for at least three (3) days covered in plastic wrap or in a Tupperware container. When storing the cake for up to a week, cover in plastic wrap or in a Tupperware container and keep in the fridge until you're ready for your next piece. The cake can also be kept, tightly wrapped, in the freezer for over a month.
